Our Quality Policy is to achieve excellence by improving quality, customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction, and efficiency on a daily basis while maintaining competitive pricing and on-time delivery of our precision metal parts. We recognize our employees as Advanced Metal Etching’s most valuable asset, and by consistently improving and reviewing our quality standards of the photo etching process, our employees can harness the joy of commitment, follow-through, and excellence produced by their workmanship.

We provide 100% traceability from raw material stock to the final product. In addition to meeting the ISO 9001:2015 and ITAR Standards, we work closely with each customer to ensure we produce the parts according to exact specifications. Our employees are cross-trained in all phases of the metal etching production and multiple inspections take place throughout the entire process.

More emphasis is placed on management assessing the input and output of processes.  As a result, risk analysis is an important theme in our processes.  Foreseeing challenges, and subsequently utilizing preventative measures will improve the quality of all our services and the industries we serve.

ITAR COMPLIANCE

We are ITAR Registered which means that we follow all ITAR regulations as stated by the United States Government.  International Traffic in Arms compliance requires manufacturers and suppliers of goods and services to register with the State Department’s DDTC (Directorate of Defense Trade Controls) to ensure products are within ITAR guidelines designed to protect U.S. national security likewise adhering to US Foreign policy concerning the handling of exports.

JCP(Joint Certification Program)

The Joint Certification Program (JCP) certifies Canadian and United States (U.S.) contractors for access to unclassified military technical data belonging to Canada's Department of National Defence (DND) and to the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD). This Program helps to protect controlled Unclassified Militarily Critical Technical Data (MCTD) and technology from common adversaries but allows it to flow to certified Canadian and U.S. companies that have a legitimate need-to-know for business purposes. This program is effective in protecting the competitive edge of North American companies by ensuring that only eligible companies are provided with this data. Joint Certification Program (JCP)
