Company Timeline 1993-2023

The Beginning

Co-Owners, Blake Geer and Scott Seniff chose Ligonier, Indiana, for their location because it is close to major Midwestern industrial areas. They aimed to create customer-driven manufacturing services that provide precision, value, and guaranteed satisfaction.

Tin Plating Line

tin plated photo chemical etching supplier

Our commitment to providing the best possible service led us to add a tin and nickel plating line for electronic parts. This in house process not only improves lead times, but also enhances conductivity and solderability, while minimizing the risk of corrosion.

Automated Inspection

automated inspection machine for delicate parts

With the addition of an automated optical inspection machine, we reduced lead times for those thinner, more delicate parts with low tolerances.

Laser Cutting

Fiber Laser cutting machines

Our high-tech fiber lasers allow our customers to get increased metal thickness up to .250" and sheet sizes 48" x 48".

Hybrid Etch-Laser Process™️ (H.E.L.P.)

Hybrid Etch-Laser Process

With the development of our Hybrid Etch Laser Process™, we can offer more solutions for parts requirements that need more than one process.

Our United States Midwest location near major industrial areas enables us to keep metals in stock and deliver to customer locations faster.
