Advanced Metal Etching
Advanced Metal Etching was founded in 1993 by Scott Seniff and Blake Geer with the goal of providing exceptional photochemical machining with a customer-centered approach.
Our philosophy has always been to listen to our customers' needs and then provide efficient and effective solutions. The result of our efforts are streamlined processes, flexible scheduling, fast response, quick turnaround, and more services to meet your needs, save you money, and protect your brand.
We have grown with technology, expertise, and experience with a broad range of applications, but the company’s original goal remains the same, to provide solutions for all types of part designs with top-notch quality and on-time delivery.
For nearly 30 years, engineers, buyers, and manufacturers give us great reviews and continue to trust our manufacturing expertise.
AME Parts Now-Quick Turnaround
Emerging technological advances have created a higher consumer demand, which in turn forces OEMs and its suppliers to get products out to market faster. In addition to our fast lead times, usually within a week to 10 days, we developed a system to allow for expedited orders to meet your changing customer deadlines. This process involves quicker quoting, production scheduling and order tracking systems to reduce product cycle time. An increase in prototyping was behind the motivation in the development of our AME Parts Now program; a system developed to move prototype parts and smaller orders out the door within 24 hours.
Through the years we have encountered all types of design challenges and techniques as it pertains to different part applications. Complex parts are our specialty. Our tooling engineers will offer technical assistance with material selection, how to achieve the lowest tolerances within our capabilities, and tooling suggestions for lowering costs.
An increase of customers in the electronics and R/F microwave industries requesting EMI and RFI shielding and other electronic components prompted us to create an in-house matte tin, bright tin, and nickel flash plating line to decrease lead times. Tin and nickel flash plating is an excellent defense against the corrosion of copper, nickel-silver and stainless steel alloy components. The plating brings an added benefit of improved solderability.
For nearly 30 years, our long-standing, cross-trained
employees and partnerships with qualified vendors help us to
maintain efficient operations and excellent customer service. We have developed a response process to ensure a clear line of communication with customers whether it is a quote status, purchase order confirmations, production status, estimated delivery dates, or technical questions and revisions. Each department from engineering through inspection is ready and motivated to deliver manufacturing solutions.
As an ISO 9001:2015 certified company, we always strive to
maintain the highest quality standards. We are investing in
the latest technologies and equipment to satisfy our growing
customer base and continue to provide exceptional quality.
Today, Advanced Metal Etching is a trusted chemical etching company to
corporations domestically and internationally in many
different industries providing photo etched parts and
